Eligibility:

All participants must be registered members or affiliated athletes through recognized UYSF national or regional federations.

Event Registration:

Event registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable once submitted.
Incomplete or false information may lead to disqualification.

Health and Safety:

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to compete. UYSF will not be liable for any prior health conditions, injuries, or accidents occurring during participation.

Code of Conduct:

All participants must adhere to UYSF’s code of ethics, sportsmanship, and competition guidelines. Misconduct may result in suspension or disqualification.

Intellectual Property:

All logos, event materials, and media content are the property of UYSF and may not be reproduced without permission.

Amendments:

UYSF reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
