Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Universal Yoga Sports Federation (UYSF) maintains a clear and transparent policy regarding refunds and cancellations:

No Refund Policy:

Once registered for any event, the entry fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including absence, disqualification, or personal withdrawal.
All payments are final and non-transferable to future events or participants.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made by participants will not be eligible for a refund.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will be notified, and their registration will automatically transfer to the new date.

Health Disclaimer:

UYSF is not responsible for any prior health issues, medical conditions, or accidents during training, travel, or performance.
Participants are advised to consult a medical professional before taking part in any competition or physical activity.
